  • V pokoji byla velká zima, i přes venkovní mrazy -16 stupňů se v hotelu topilo chvíli ráno a chvíli večer. Zima byla všude, a stížnosti byly i od jiných hostů !!!!!

Dobrý den, jednalo se o závadu na řízení topného systému. Omlouváme se za komplikace. Topný program máme nastavený v zimním období během celého dne i noci s drobnými přestávkami. Selhal automatický časovač řízení. O stavu jsme dověděli až po víkendu a zapnuli jedním tlačítkem manuální program. Kdybychom o situaci věděli dříve, ihned bychom řešili/vyřešili.
Omlouváme se za komplikace, pokud máme takovou informaci k dispozici, pak ji ihned řešíme. V tomto případě jsme o problému bohužel nevěděli.

  • Pokoj nádherně čistý,krásná koupelna,záchod. Nádherný výhled z každého pokoje na hrad.Snídaně dobré s hezkým posezením u skály.Vše perfektní.Určitě se tam vrátíme zase.
